In addition to an innate love of reading, writing, grammar, punctuation (yes, I LOVED diagramming sentences), undergraduate classes, and playing all the grammar games I can find, I have received certifications in Writing for Children and Teenagers from the Institute of Children's Literature through the University of Connecticut, Book Editing through IAP Career College, and Grammar and Punctuation from Coursera through the University of California-Irvine.
